On Tuesday, January 16th, we divided up winter clothes as a class into categories to be donated to those in need. Two other girls and I had the Shelter for Family Safety, and we took blankets, children’s jackets, hats, gloves, adult jackets, some scarves, and boots for both adults and children. It’s been frigid cold the past few weeks, and there are those in need of items like these. It felt good to give back to the community and help those in need.
