Yesterday Sept. 11th we watched some informational videos on building a magazine. We learned a lot of key points to utilize when building one. Four of the focuses when building one are Size, Shape, Interior typeface, and Design cover. We learned that the cover is the focus of your magazine, that leads you to the interior pages, and that you want to use the same or similar typefaces from your cover throughout the interior pages. I learned a lot of key things that I will personally be using when I build my magazine for school, and I even picked up a few typefaces that I’ll probably use as well.
